As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth and providing outstanding service to our clients.

Invista home specializes in flexible payment programs with no money out of pocket for homeowners that really need a brand new roof now, but don’t have the funds to pay for it  upfront.

  • Our business model, with in-house financing for homeowners,makes a sales person’s position very lucrative and easy to achieve!
  • The average sales representative on our sales floor is selling north of eight transactions per month. With our generous base pay and commission structure, our sales representatives make a comfortable six figure income.
  • There is no cold calling. All of our leads are generated through digital marketing and are all hot leads waiting for a sales person to call them immediately to get their roof done with emergency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce our products/services and convert leads into sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through to post-sales support.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis, continuously striving for personal and team growth.
  • Effectively manage the sales pipeline, maintain accurate records of all interactions, and provide timely reports to management.
  • Stay knowledgeable about our product/service offerings, effectively communicating the value proposition to potential customers.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a related customer-facing role, preferably in roofing.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time efficiently.
  • A passion for sales and a goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a positive attitude in the face of challenges.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM software and other sales tools.
